tomssupra
Guys, I’ve got a serious problem with my Stereo, I accidentally blew the old one up and was sent a replacement, which defiantly works because ive tried it in another car - the problem is, it doesn’t in mine... I’ve check all three fuses (Radio 1 / 2 and ECG-UI) which are fine All Wire Harness cables do what they are supposed to (ground, live etc) The Amp under the seat works Does anyone have any clue as to what the problem could be? Any help much appreciated, Tom
BURT
Hi Matey, Best Way Would Be To Give Matt Or Ian A Call From Sextons, They Are The Wizz On This One. 01622683044
VIL
I had a similar problem fitting an aftermarket stereo. The stereo worked fine on a bench test but not in the car! Eventually we narrowed it down and found that you needed to have a second live feed to one of the wires. (or two lives wired into the same terminal). I`m not suggesting you play around with this as it could have dire consiquences but it might point you in the right direction. I would double check the wiring diagram to see if it suggests two live feeds. Dont know if this helps.

Matt T
How does it not work? No sound? No power at all? All you really need to check is the switched live, permanent live and ground works, if these work then the stereo WILL work fine. Maybe you need to swap the permanent and switched lives?
