JohnA
Rollerball, oh dear.... I had seen the original first time round when I was very young, I was mighty impressed. Saw it again a few years ago (part of it really...) and it looked dated, daft and clumsy, lol... The 'remake' is unwatchable and totally pointless. It gets worse: Avengers, The Saint. How sad.... outatime
28 Days Later was good, enjoyed it. Best bit was the start seeing london so empty - VERY freaky, and as it was a UK city and places I've been makes it closer to home than some yank town........ Saw there was supposedy a House of the Dead film from the Sega game, has it been released yet? That weird atmosphere in '28 Days Later' is what I think is missing from the Dawn of the Dead remake... House of the Dead was released in 2003 and promptly disappeared: IMDB

Todd
I've seen them both. Penelope plays in both you know. They should know Miss Cruz was in both so good enough for me, plus the cameron crowe soundtrack is fantastic.
terribleturner
I did quite like The Italian Job remake, mainly because it was barely a remake at all, so stood on its own two feet. If it hadn't been called The Italian Job it would have been thought of by more as a good film i rekon. I don't mind it TBH. I've got a copy of House Of The Dead. Terrible film except of the nudity of course
SkyJawa
Did you say nudity? But yeah, Italian job would have been ok without the originals name!
