It doesn't work like that, the fuel table will have injector duty for 1.2 and 0.6 and everywhere in-between depending on the scaling, you should not have the same fueling at 0.6bar as 1.2bar.

Is the ECU controlling boost or a separate controller?

The ECU (Link G4+) is controlling boost. As you can probably tell, I'm not fully up to speed on how maps work :)

It's the newer one.

OK great, in that case it has sufficient ignition outputs to maintain direct fire, so you should not be blowing the spark out if the ignition is configured correctly.

This was one of the main issues with the original AEM PnP unit, it converted the ignition system to wasted spark which is why you had to fit a HKS DLI to run sensible boost, it couldnt even boost to 1.2bar on stock turbos, I know cause I tried :D

First things first is finding out what plugs I'm running and checking the gapping I think, might be something as simple as this according to the dyno guy. :) (fingers crossed!)

Exactly, which is why I also asked a couple of messages back ;)

Yup :)

Upon further inspection, now the engine has cooled down and I could get a bit closer to the wastegates, I'm hearing a hissing of air for 20-30s after the engine is turned off, as if they've been pressurised and slowly bleeding the pressure out. This may be the cause of my lack of boost!
