Plichart
For the readers, I am new from today in this forum and I already have a question. I would like to replace my original radio by a new one in my Toyota Supra 1994 with a double din including GPS systems. My question is how to do this? Do I need some special adaptation to go from the OEM installation to a regular modern Double Din system? Is this radio will fit directly as replacement of the old one or do I have to buy some special fitting do to it? Do I need a facial adaptation for the finishing? Thanks and have a nice day. Max5437
Pretty certain when i changed mine it was a case of removing the dash panels, then reusing the stock supra cage with a din tray underneath, or as you are using a double din just put it in the stock supra cage. only other thing you need is the wiring adapter but those are available online or at halfords cheap enough. don't think there was anything else
Al Massey
As above The stock cage bolts to the unit and a new unit will mount exactly the same.
