Temporary facelift side light wiring

Can anyone confirm if this green wire on the facelift lights is where I wire a side light harness too.. Iv bought these lights off a member and when Iv removed the insulation sleeve there's a solid green wire that's been cut the pictures are not clear but it's coming off the connection plug on the back of the fog light.

 

 

Iv bought these just to get me through my mot until I can get the oem ones.
