One down side of owning the MKIV TT is the damagae to your wallet once you start modifying your car. Apart from that, go out there and enjoy your dream I m sure we will hear from you soon. Basic mods should not be a problem, it just may abit more expensive if you intend to go further and there are less tec articles and resources around about the VVTI but that is bound to change as we get more of them over here. As the other guys said if you think the car is nice when its standard its so much better once BPU'd (IMO).
