Rough idle

Lately when the cars been taken out for a drive and started up while warm, the engine will either rev slightly lower or slightly higher as if its hunting/gasping. I cleaned the throttle body with carb cleaner a month ago and wonder if this is anything to do with it. It has 2 year old NGK plugs and a few months old magnecor 8mm leads. Ideas guys? she drives fine! its only when idle, even at lights and junctions on idle its fine
