Hi,

I have a CCTV system that is connected to someones router which is all configured for port forwarding ect.. so they can view the cameras on their phone, great..

But they have added a access point which is hardwired into the router so that they can extend the wifi to other areas of the property.. that all works but the trouble is as soon as that access point is connected to the router it is stopping the remote view of the CCTV system??

I can access the cctv system from the local IP address still so what could be effecting the external connection by adding this access point?

Router is a bt hub and the access point is a asus router but configured for use as a access point only.

ports that were forwarded is

thanks.
