Bonnet Damper - NM force required

I'm looking for a bit of help with gas strut bonnet dampers for the Supra please, does anyone know what NM (Newton Meter) force is required for each of the two gas struts required to lift the stock bonnet?

 

I know what the equation is to work this out, but I am awful at maths and dont have access to my car at the moment to take all the required measuremants and weight info.
