Dropped my Alcon calipers in with Kane for media blasting and paint. Going guardsman red with white Alcon logos.
Also had another couple of items arrive from Jason at Yam6.
I fitted the rear suspension top mount covers straight away. I had previously bought new nuts.
I was pleased that these fit over the HKS Hipermax S top mounts.
I then installed the new brake master cyclinder. This was installed with a new gasket and replated nuts.
I first had to remove the packaging I'd left on the new pipes.
Then I installed the gasket and connected the part to the brake booster. The torque for the nuts and brake unions is very low - 13Nm and 15Nm respectively.
