mobius Posted March 26, 2014 Share Posted March 26, 2014 Got Demisterman matrix and getting car back tomorrow, got matrix changed anyway to be on the safe side, but the leak I had was from the 'O rings' where the pipes from bulk head came through (strange I thought that this would be the problem). Symptoms were coolant loss 25mm down on radiator over 30-40 mile run and antifreeze smell with heater on; turned heater off no loss of coolant no smell No wet carpet and no condensation either way. Still had to have dash removed to find problem though. So I now have a pressure tested OEM matrix that I have been told is in excellent condition, from a low mileage 93 supra.
