abtin90
I had one on my na-t using a q45 throttle body. Had no issues with the power steering power. Though I did have to move my battery to the boot. I have to say though the quality of it wasn't the great. Mine was a little warped and required some welding as it developed a small crack on the first dyno run.

Is that a common problem with them or just a one off do you think?
abtin90
The last sentence has just put me off to be honest. Is that a common problem with them or just a one off do you think? Maybe a one off as I know quite a few members who use them and haven't had any problems. The crack was tiny and may have been there before the dyno, it was only on the dyno that we noticed something was wrong. I did about 3000 miles after repairing it with zero problems. The new owner hasn't had any issues with it either and has been using it as a track car so it gets plenty of abuse.
