absz Posted August 19, 2013 Share Posted August 19, 2013 Right i have a bmw E90 318i petrol 2007 engine is a N46 20ltr engine I have snapped no1 conrod which made a exit via the block was wondering IF the E46 Series bmw engine with the same code of N46 is the same block or not? If i can remember, the sens on A eng were different. i know that the dipstick hole is blanked off and is electric, if the blocks are the same i can use my orignally sensors or even the cylinder head.
