mac79 Posted August 5, 2013 Share Posted August 5, 2013 (edited) Just driving home started the car as I was driving off the battery, oil level, cat temp and main warning lights all came on at the same time. Car was still driving fine except the sound of the turbo had changed.. When I got back i checked the oil thats fine and it started again fine but all those lights are stopping on. Any ideas? Scooter Posted August 5, 2013 Share Posted August 5, 2013 It's probably/possible the alternator and the sound might be that it's seized and the belt is running round/rubbing on the pulley....have a search on 'alternator' and have a good look at the pulleys when you next start it and if you have a multi meter measure the voltage across the battery pre and post startup.
