TT auto engine loom (Questions)

Would I be right in thinking that a TT manual loom only has 2 connectors at the gearbox part of the loom? If so im buggered.. I thought the only difference in the looms were at the ECU end. My loom only has 2 connectors so it wont fit my autobox. Can a autobox part of the engine loom be spliced into a manual loom? Thanks :(

Here is the loom currently fitted to the engine awaiting transplant, I thought this was an auto loom but I must be wrong as the gearbox part of the loom only has 2 connectors. The loom is fitted to a engine the was a manual 6 speed.

Yeah the connector on the auto box is different. To convert from auto to manual you just chop the connector off and there are 3 or 4 links that you need and 2 you link together. Not heard of anyone going the other way and the connector is completly different. There is still only 2 connectors for the auto box though - 1 is just alot bigger.

ECU end is exactly the same though
