zach42o1
I rebuilt the master and swapped in a new slave cylinder. Now I cant get the system too bleed. Its like fluid isnt going into the lines at all.
Guest ugp
If you remove the pipe from the master cylinder (obviously with rags over anything important), does it pump fluid properly? If not you'd best rebuild it again, properly
zach42o1
Yeah it will squirt fluid out.
Chris Wilson
See if it will gravity bleed. Keep the master cylinder topped right up, leave the slave cylinder bleed screw open a couple of turns, give it half an hour but don't let the fluid drop too low. Tighten bleeder and hope. I have never had an issue bleeding a MKIV clutch, are you sure you are doing it right?
