_Shane_ Posted August 30, 2012 Share Posted August 30, 2012 My supra will have its new parts fitted in the next 2-3 weeks and the garage are going to hardwire in my aem ecu (if i dont sell it) while its there My question is i was told when i bought the ecu that there was a base map uploaded to it etc Can i drive my car off boost from my house to rolling road for mapping (about 3 hours away) Just said i would ask before i did this Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Luxluc Posted August 30, 2012 Share Posted August 30, 2012 If the wrong injectors are selected in the map, it won't run at all. I would put it on a trailer and bring it to the dyno facility, or ask your mapper to send you a base map via e-mail. You can easily upload it via laptop to the AEM.
