Fuel pump might be best cause the sensor only gets power when the car is actually RUNNING. and not on the ignition switch (which can reduce the life of the sensor) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Tricky-Ricky Posted April 14, 2008 Share Posted April 14, 2008 Just resurrecting this after doing a search, as i want to switch my wideband Innovate LM-1 from its current sig lighter feed to the ECU ign power feed, to obviate any grounding offset problems, and i see that IanC has his from the ECU, and just wanted to ask if this has caused any problems? i presume you are also powering up your emanage via this to? I would imagine that the ECU draws a fair current, so would adding another possible 4amp draw cause any problems? Any electronics people care to comment?
