Understood dude. Thanks. How come cars can come from the factory with hids? Annoys me the laws that sometime pass. Fitting hits is the 1st thing to do on a Supra. Standard lamps are a joke and dangerous on unlit roads.

I am VERY much against aftermarket fitting of HID's in cars BUT had to eat humble pie with the Supra, because it is fitted with projector lights it suits the HID bulbs and the beam pattern is safe and legal, BUT you have to keep the lens clean, all factory HID cars now have to have washers fitted and self levelling because they can dazzle badly, we ahd a supra in with HIDS and when behind me it was terrible, obviously they were badly adjusted, haveing seen one correctly adjusted I stand corrected and am even fitting them in my own car.

I thought it might be the levelling issue, didn't know about the washers though. I reckon it would be hard to tell the difference between the new Ring Xenon max +100% bulbs and HIDs though.

My MOT man has set my lights up nicely but I reckon it'll be back to bulbs at the end of the year.

I got stopped twice for a import sized front plate so HIDS will be an automatic target soon.
