StuartW Posted November 10, 2011 Author Share Posted November 10, 2011 Well it does depend if you have a local office, near to me is DVLA Exeter. from memory i am sure i where to go there and hand in all the relevant papers it would hurry things along..otherwise using postal service it takes 7-10 working days mate. the website makes it sound complicated but really its not that bad.
