You got the first one correct dude, you just had 2 'http://' so just clear the little attachment box before you paste and bobs your uncle.

 

I just deleted the extra one in your quote there ^

ok, after you go to 'manage attachments' and upload the pics you want-

 

-hit 'preview', then right click over the thumbnail and copy the image link

-then press the little image button above your text box

-right click and paste the link in the box

-click 'ok'

Haha it's just cause I cba resizing and pb does it for you lol.
