I've not found anyone who can do a different effect on the raised detail :(

 

I thought it would simply be a case of masking off the details you wanted left untouched prior to the powdercoating process.

 

I pretty naive when it comes to stuff like this though.

 

Maybe the powdercoating is the stumbling block, would more options for creativity be available if the rims were being painted?

Thats exactly how i though the wheels would be refurbed, i guess it's a limitation of the whole powder coating process.

I've had the Rota GTR's and currently have the Volk's and I must say the Volks seem to be better made and are definately lighter. Wasn't aware they needed spigot rings though! :innocent:

So would you say the Volks look better on your Supra? The only thing i am sceptical about are the spokes on the volks, they are too thin for my liking.
