j-spec pads/discs

Sorry, but if if you are joking then forget my response. If you are replacing discs you should ideally replace both sides as the discs do wear, just not as quick as pads.

 

No I honestly wasn't joking, but I would have asked before doing it anyway - I probably would replace both even if I could see no reason why just cos it's a car and most things seem to need replacing both sides!!

Hadyn, are the Lexus GS300 part numbers the same as these ?

 

Front J-Spec Pads 04465-14081

 

Rear J-Spec Pads 04466-30030

 

Do I need new anti-rattle shims, caliper pins and caliper springs or can I reuse the old items ?

 

Do you have the part numbers for the above items ?
