Jurgen should just set out his problem and grounds for complaint in an email (copied in letter format) to PH explaining what they are doing. If PH have any sense they will look into it. When I stopped laughing I replied with something along the lines of "are you having a laugh, my ad is on page six after 14 days because people are spamming the section".
