Any camera experts here? need to know if this is any good

Just received this email from someone looking to do a swap for something of mine worth £650. I do like the thought of having a good camera, but don't know if this is A. any good and B. worth similar money.

It may not be what you are wanting, but your ad said WHO, So on that basis I have a Cannon digital SLR camera (350 "Rebel") which is a very good quality camera, but wasted on me as I have only used it once since I bought it second hand from a chap much like me. Since I purchased it about three months ago I have added a zoom lense (Cannon AF 75-350) a Pictbridge printer, with a fresh unopened supply of ink and paper (cost twenty five pounds)

also a good quality camera bag and a bag for the zoom lense, there are four memory cards, charger and battery of course. The camera was over 500 pounds new, it is without any marks or signs of wear, If you are interested just get in touch

Agree with the above estimate. I would go one step further and say that the zoom lense without Image Stabiliser is a big let down....especially with 350 zoom...

I've got a 350d and it is a decent camera but definately not worth that much, i'd say it's worth even less than Ian said.

 

Although i can't see anything about a 75-350mm, maybe its a 75-300? You can get them brand new for £120.

Cameras are £250 on Ebiddy, lens is worth £120, printer £60.

 

I think your friend failed Maths.
