agreed value on insurance

Who gives the best deal guys im nearly ready to get insured but after the work ive done and the cash ive spent i dont want a payout on a 93tt if it all went pear shaped

Does anyone do agreed value on anything other than UK spec cars ? I have it on mine and im with LWIB but they dont do it on imports im afraid.

got mine with sky, but i beleve they stopped it on new policys,

adrian flux do them, but some here have had problems come payout time

from what i remember you get the normal policy, then you kind of have a second to cover the extra between book and your value

I asked Sky quite recently and they did say they no longer do agreed value policies.

 

Adrian Flux do value policies and it's £10 extra - well certainly for UK cars.

 

I've seen it mentioned many times on various car forums, that often they (Adrian Flux) don't agree to your value. When they do come back, their figure can be substantially less, i.e., as low as 50%.

I had quote from A/F and i wasn't happy after reading a few unhappy punters so i went with LWIB, much better service and far cheaper than anyone else i've used.
