Guest westy99
The six speed box has a external linkage to the gearlever, the fill plug is on the side of the gearbox casing, hope this helps.
skyludeboy
cheers will crack on with it tommrow, also by the way do I need a special tool to pump the fluid into the box or is there enough space to get a oil bottle on the side to fill the box up thanks again
Brazil
I've read that ppl have used a funnel and hose, just feed a hose from the engine bay to the filler cap. Ps. Which oil are you using..? Make sure you put the right stuff Toyota's own V160 oil is what most recomend whiffbitz stocks it.
jevansio
Filler is on passenger side, I just ran a pipe from it up beside the car & let gravity do the work. Prolly not enough room for a bottle

Suprab1
ATF are you sure thats ok? I would stick to the proper stuff as i wouldn't fancy damaging a 6 speed box.
