Abz Posted February 25, 2010 Share Posted February 25, 2010 I have server contract with HP & they have a 4 hour SLA. They are always on time & parts arrive normally with no issues, though this is a big contract. Surprised they did this so quickly on a consumer PC (Unless it is a business PC). Good going HP!
