Heater control bulbs

Does anyone no what size these are, just removed them from my heater and was thinking of just replacing them with blue Led's or new blue filters for them if i can find some, but don't have a clue what to search for size/name wise

Can't help on the whole list, only need to do these and find some blue tint stuff for the clocks, anyone got idea,s on where to find that?

Oh i thought i'd read somewhere on here that if you just changed the filters on the clock and odo they went blue, i take it new bulbs need to be soldered in then?

Or do you have to do both:(
