Theres always alot of talk of exams getting easier, and i think for the most part it's def true. Add to that programmes like agenda 21 from the un. And toxins in the everyday diet known to effect brain function, like aspertame, monosodium glutamate. flouride being put in the water. And mercury derivatives in vaccines { especially the flu jabs} such as thimerosol. And it's no wonder people are getting stupid. Many of the above toxins are able to affect developing babies in the womb. So you could say it starts from a very early age.
