hogmaw Posted October 8, 2009 Share Posted October 8, 2009 This week we have posted out the usual 2-300 or so letters & packets to UK and abroad (I have a mailorder records/CD business) and we are already wasting our time answering emails and phone calls from customers complaining they haven't recieved their goods due to the strikes. Our postman says there is a HUGE backlog at the depot and it's a right mess I know there are alternatives to the Royal Mail eg DHL, UK Post etc, and now seems a good time to explore them.
