a98pmalcolm
hay all. I read about the j spec supes 02 sensors goin slightly making more fuel consumption. Just wondering were the 02 sensor is as i mite aswell replace it incase, as i only get about 150 miles a tank and i drive pretty sensiable 80% of the time. Any part numbers? also is it worth changing the lamber sensor? does it sound like the o2 sensor is faulty? Thanks all Paul
Dave17
The lambda sensor is the o2 sensor, same thing You don't have to get a new one, you can just soak it in lemon juice overnight and it will be better.
Nic
hay all. I read about the j spec supes 02 sensors goin slightly making more fuel consumption. Any part numbers? also is it worth changing the lamber sensor? does it sound like the o2 sensor is faul NA or TT? UK or J-spec? If the O2 sensor hasn't been changed for a few years and you're only getting 150m per tank I would definitely fit a new one. Cleaning with lemon juice may improve things for a short time, but will not last long. Edited October 8, 2009 by Nic (see edit history)

Scott
Surely its just a case of unscrewing one..... then screwing in the other? If your paying £150 i'll do the job for 149.

Scott
Really? Based on what? Why write "fitted" then? Seemed that you were pricing it including a labour charge of some sort

Glosphil
I got a used one somewhere, if I can find it you can have it, I fitted a brand new one, but it made no difference, so I'm guessing its fine. Easy as pie to fit.
