Stonkin Posted October 1, 2009 Share Posted October 1, 2009 (edited) i've never done it with the engine running jackso, use warm water when scrubbing, but when rinsing cold water will be fine. If you do use a pressure washer, dont obviously blast it, use common sense and it will be fine, or a hose or watering can with light running water just as good. let the engine run for 5 mins when done to help dry it out.
