3mm is hopeless. If you want a box that won't explode during first use then you will need 18mm minimum :D

I got 2 sheets of MDF from B&Q 18mm and 9mm. 18mm for the box and 9mm for the amp rack.

Should weigh a fair bit when done lol.

does it have to be mdf for it or can it be fibre glass. or is that a stupid question.

No, fibre glass is fine. You need to lay it on really thick though. A lot of the time people will make the box the approx shape of what they are after using MDF then cover it in resin and shape it perfectly.

Other times they will get sub rings and support them out from a base. They then cover it in carpet and add the resin to that. There are loads of guides on making different enclosures. Its important to get the volume right for decent sound though. Its not an exact science, it just needs to be close.

Honestly, 3mm MDF won't do anything but fall apart. You don't even have any way of holding it together. Are you sure you mean 3mm as in --->_

Anyway....

Kicker 10" Square Sub

Vibe Square 6x9's

Kenwood 4ch amp

Kenwood 2ch amp

kenwood Mono Amp

I have 2 sets of 6" coax's in just now but future plans are Focal components in the front and coax's in the rear. I have all the other stuff already.

I know, I only really realised once i'd got home. It's a practice sheet now, kind of like in golf when you balls up a shot it becomes a practice swing.
