Sub-Contracting agreement document

Recommended Posts

Does anyone have an example of a sub-contracting agreement document which covers day rates, liabilities and stuff like that?

I'm trying to go sub-contracting but need to see a professional document to see what bases I need to cover, to protect myself.

Failing that, anyone know of someone good to talk to about this stuff.

SCing in the Oil and Gas Ind. with an I.T. bias.

TIA

I've never found a solicitor that works that cheap! :innocent:

Is it an IR35 compliant contract per chance?

Cheers

Umm not necessarily...but maybe.

I just need an example to work out what things I need to factor in.

Thought about buying this...

Would that be a good start or a waste of £35?

I can send a copy of a couple of IT contracts I've had, though they are not too IR35 friendly. They will be scanned ones as I don't have an electronic copy.

Also, make sure you have good read here as it potentially save you a LOT of money if you can get outside IR35: http://www.contractorcalculator.co.uk/contractors_wording_contracts_outside_ir35.aspx

i'll try and get a hold of my best mates contract with BAE. His is as IR35 compliant as you can be. Contracting can certainly save a lot of taxation versus employment, so definitely worth it

Depends what Captain Darling has to say tomorrow but I cant see him hitting the service contract companies just now.

Cheers
