Shadow Beast
Right, narrowed it down to either of these 2 camera's i have read all the reports on them and there is not much separating them from what i can gather, i know the price can be beaten shopping around links are just for ref. quick question on the nikon though, will my normal photo editing suite be compatible? I have adobe elements and picture manager. Going to be used for starting out in the DSLR photographic enjoyment. SupraGirlie
I'm sure the D60 would be compitable. Definitely go for the D60. Are Agros cheapest then?

foodfreak
I have just bought the Nikon D60. Jessops online had the best priced deal to include an 8 gig flash drive. Make sure you get the one with the vr lens, some retailers are only offering the standard auto focus lens. My final package was D60,18-55mmvr lens,8mb card, tamron70-300 af lens & the flash drive for £546. Plus make sure you get a duplicate of the receipt to send to nikon for the £30 cashback offer at the moment hope this helps John
