Supra-Woman
Just a brief update, this is still going on. The third party acknowledged accident ut since then my insurance company have heard nothing. I have recieved a letter from my insurers that states that if we are to take this to court i will have to have the work carried out and provide reciepts. PJ
Was she on a mobile at the time hence why she veered into your carriageway? Perhaps the insurance company need to check her call logs!

fizzle
this stinks, i was hit the other week, when i reported it to my insurance they said i would have to pay excess etc... i then reported it to his insurance and turns out he hadn't, they tried to sat it was 50/50 and to claim from my insurance but i was having none of that (much like yourself) i had a bit of an arguement told them he admitted liabilty etc.. another week i heard nothing, and had to chase em.. dude turned up to view car yesterday and got the all clear... don't wait for the insurance you need to hassle them or things will never get done!!!
