toyotasuprauk
Some loser has decided to put a massive slash in my rear tyre:( First time its happened to me and I'm gutted. Its a goodyear Eagle F1 265/35/18 GSD3. Does anyone know the cheapest place to get one as everyone seems to only sell the ASYMMETRIC ones now. Part worn considered. If I cant get one does anyone know if its ok to mix the asymmetric ones with the older style GSD3? Thanks,

AJI
The GSD3 should still be available in some sizes.... if I remember correctly Goodyear simply cut down the size range of the GSD3. But the asymetric is a better allround tyre. So you could consider looking to see if the GSD3 is available in the next width up (or down) from your current. ... just a thought. Or, put two new F1 asymetrics on the rear.... you will soon notice the improvement in the wet.
nige
I have Asymetrics on the rear and F1's on the front and it seems a good combination although I must say the Asymetric does give you more grip,so I think I will be going Asymetric all round.
