Pig Posted October 15, 2008 Share Posted October 15, 2008 I ordered a Greddy wastegate spring on the 22nd Sept and it only arrived tonight 15th October. When i ordered it, after placing the order online i called them to give them my card details as the site never asked me....no call from them. They said it would be with me in 10 days. (i explained the sooner the better as i was in a rush) After a couple of weeks i called the chase and left them a message to call me....they never did. Then, however long later i called again and they said it still hadnt arrived with them yet but they would chase it and call me back......they never did. As time drew close to suprapod and i realise they had missed the deadline (only ordered through them as i thought they would be quick) i gave up. It arrived tonight and is fine. In all honesty i am very dissappointed with the complete lack of service and i hope whoever reads this will think twice before using them. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
