Animal Posted October 15, 2008 Share Posted October 15, 2008 Got an interview this afternoon for a company that offers training courses on AutoCAD. I randomly filled in the enquiry form on the company's website, basically asking if they had any jobs going and got a phone call back within half an hour from the training manager saying they were starting to think of getting more staff, How lucky was that! I have some experience in teaching other people I've worked with some of the tricks to speed up the drawing process and know AutoCAD inside out, so I feel quite good about this job. A good hour-long interview, with lots of questions designed to assess my personality with regards to being able to teach others. Lots of thinking on my feetm but I reckon it went quite well. I'll supposedly know by Monday if they want me back for a second interview. If that happens I'll have to do a 30 minute mock training session in front of the training manager and a couple of other staff. That'll be fun.
