Like most olympic lifters, apart from power snatches, she builds strength by doing a lot of jerks from the rack. In videos, her rack is so beautifully set up, that it's enough to inspire anyone to do some jerks immediately. Jerking a heavy load overhead seems a lot easier after watching her.
