Guest SupraBoy_BG
RPS 6 puck clutch disc, with a RPS pressure plate,Toyota OEM flywheel. When this clutch kit was bought from RPS , they said it will hold 600 TQ. It held my 500rwhp. I put a total of 7k miles on this clutch so far.The flywheel its been re-surface with 0.2 mm so its like brand new, also the presure plate is been re-surface with the same size to cover that.... Also for sale is TRD pressure plate with single TRD clutch disk, its done approx.1000 miles and its good for BPU mods only up to 450 BHP.I will add more picture soon. OEM Toyota flywheel and RPS clutch:300 pounds I may split if there is interest. TRD pressure plate and clutch:offers...

RobSheffield
resurface eh? I was under the impression that's a big no no
Tricky-Ricky
STD flywheel can be resurfaced, BUT it needs to be done by a machine shop that is equipped to hold the top plate perfectly square, not many that can deal with it;) The other part that bothers me is skimming the clutch pressure plate will reduce the clamping force, which is a no no, especially with a worn clutch disc. Guest SupraBoy_BG
The resurfacing its been done only with 0.2 mm in order to wipe the scratches. The mashine shop has done this after removing the pins that locating the pressure plate. The pressure plate will hold the clamp force as new due to skimming the surface that laying on the flywheel with the same amount.See the pics. After that everything was ballanced and tested. If someone wants to replace the ceramik plates, this could be done with purchasing of new ones.New this clutch cost 750 USD new from USA....
