ok so i just received back from amtrak parcel.. it was an item i had sold on here to another member(whos been awesome).

i sent a front undetray out with them in great condition.. it arrived broken.. they sent it back and the courier have SNAPPED both ends of it! it had a great big sticker saying DO NOT BEND.. so im really irritated now..

please can someone advise the next course of action- such as claiming back money for it..

gonna pm nic for a brand new price Including shipping for this.. and claim that back as this is stupid!

thanks

Pete

Thats good then. Lodge your claim, but you'll need a proof of cost I'd imagine.

it's a good thing the other member didn't accept it, couriers always love that one, they just turn around and say it was signed for so it must've been in good condition. i've had this with headlights before and i just get nowhere if they sign.

i'd say you won't have a problem, but i would check what the max you can claim is, it does depend on what service you used.

good luck
