jonahjones26 Posted July 6, 2008 Share Posted July 6, 2008 Ps3 problem, it won't load anything games, dvd , blue ray etc, but eveything else works i.e. demo's tinternet etc. only had it 3 months but cannot find the receipt! (i know i'm a t*t) is it the lazer that reads the disc???? i know it comes with a 12 month garentee but i believe they require a reciept!!! any ideas guys & girls? Chris-B Posted July 6, 2008 Share Posted July 6, 2008 when you put a disc into the drive does the small loading circle appear near the top of the screen appear, but nothing actually happens? if so this is the same problem that mine had, mine was a 60gb version and i phoned sony and they were very helpful never even asked for proof of purchase they sent me out a brand new 60gb ps3 on next day delivery apparently a common problem with ps3's!. The same also happened with my counsin's and it happened just outside the warranty period, but sony were very good and as a good will gesture replaced the machine free of charge.
