drnas78 Posted June 8, 2008 Share Posted June 8, 2008 Ive had by face lift lights (plastic lense) refurbed short while back by gzaeronjon , But they could now do with a good lense clean (from the outside) any suggestions on a good polish or lens clearner which would remove any marks and clean the lense. The guide on mkiv.com mentions a lot of american products which may be difficult to get hold of here - but as you see above, the general consensus seems to be on mild cutting compounds followed by a good buffing. I only did about 5 mins on each lense so I am going to give them another go and see if that makes them evenb better. I think any mild polish will do the job!! H.
