CJ
The guy who owns the bar I work in has an idea to put a couple of old motorbikes in the place to give it more "character" but they are nowhere to be found on Kos. He thinks they can be bought quite cheap in Europe (I disagree but he is Australian and therefore knows everything ) and could then be shipped to Kos. So, does anyone know where I might find anything like this? The bikes don't need to be running - just look OK.
michael
How old? And why motorbikes? Is it a themed bar?
CJ
How old? And why motorbikes? Is it a themed bar? TBH, I am not too sure of the age he is looking for - he just wanted "old looking" bikes. As for a theme? No, we don't really have one as it is just a beach bar. His idea is to fill a large open space that you enter from the street. He is hoping that by having something interesting like bikes on view, it may attract more folks to come inside.

I will run that by him and let you know. I wonder how much they would be to transport over? Any idea what sort of money you are wanting for them my friend? Tricky-Ricky
Having been into older bikes for years, i think the chances of turning up anything cheap is pretty slim, the old bikes/parts business is comprehensive these days, and they are all pretty much hoarded, i have a couple of friends in the business, but i will ask when i see them next. Shipping weight is around 90KG.
