TT Paul Posted April 27, 2008 Share Posted April 27, 2008 got a 3l n/a 1994 engine got abit wet and now seems to be miss firing on 1 cylinder gota check ht leads and plugs any other suggestions where or what to look at thanks.. after doing just over a 100mph it cleared but come back?? JustGav Posted April 27, 2008 Share Posted April 27, 2008 WD40 and dizzy cap is doubtful to be the issue. The NA engines have a habit of getting water into the channel between the two cams where the plugs go. You will probably have to take the intake off, and remove the panel where the plugs go through. I used to have this probelm where it was a bit rough on start up but once the engine warmed the problem went away. Glad you got it sorted anyway! H.
