black door trim, how to remove??

I need to remove the black trim thing that sits on the bodywork that the glass in the door shuts against. The passenger side one is very scruffy and needs replacing but i cant see any screws. Is it bonded on like the windows are or am i just being stupid??

are you talking about the rubber that closes the gap to the window? -or the door cards on the inside?

if you take the door interior door panel off you will see the bolts

im talking about the plastic bit that you can see from the outside of the car. Its not the rubber that makes the seal, but the pastic strip that is connected to the roof panel.

From what i remember you need to peel back/remove the seal from the door frame (this is the black rubber bit that the window rests against when the door is shut), then you will see all the screws that need to be undone.

ok, i can do that no probs, what can i reattatch the rubber with then though??

I didn't have to worry about putting it back together afterwards as the car was being stripped

 

I need to replace the same bit on mine as well, haven't got a clue what to use either
