edge
come on tell me you love it!!! i know i do, maybe its a wierd fetish of mine!!!! richie Thats one part i dont miss! not being able to feel your hands trying work with big armoured. But Armoured was my speciality when i was a full time sparks bfore my current job. But give me a bit of flex any day. Done some work in holland wiring a factory and they use MASSIVE flex in trays instead of armoured, that was nice.
Chris Wilson
I could only get cable in 100 metre lengths at the time, so need to join 4 rolls of it at least, thanks for the info, wish I'd waited for a longer roll now.... Those things are expansive!
Shadow Beast
400m cable run! bejesus!!! have you got the cable now? it might be worth talking to the electricty board to see if they have enough to do the job, because doing 3 joints is going to be expensive. also not wanting to teach you to suck eggs but have you considered the voltage drop that you are going to incur over that distance? thats a long run. just something to bear in mind, richie
