caseys
Seems the friendly local constabulary are doing a crackdown on number plates.... http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/dorset/7215971.stm Just to make anyone aware that doesn't read about it.. ivan
Half of the miscreants round this way are rich Sandbanks types with "misrepresented" rearranged letters spelling out their initials etc. Let's hope they get hit just as hard as the young JSpec drivers with their small plates. As an example, one chap I know resells Sunseekers. The plate on his 4x4 is 113 OAT and now spells 1 BOAT
Blackie
And down here. I got pulled twice by a bike policeman ( we get on quite well now as he comes on ride outs) about my bike number plate, it was ruler shaped. he said to me if i get a smaller than standard square one he wouldent pull me again, and he never did. Will be interesting to see if he does with this crack down.
AndyT
Got pulled in by West Murcia police today. Haven't got around to fitting proper plates yet. To be honest I'd forgotten about 'em. Will be ordering something nicer tomorrow.
